We serve individuals who are ready to take the next step. Whether you have SSI, limited income, or are just getting started with benefits, we are here to help you move forward in a structured, supportive community.

Who We Serve

Built for people who are ready to move forward.

Bloompurpose was created specifically for three populations who face disproportionate barriers to stable housing, yet who are fully capable of independent living when given the right environment.

Veterans

We proudly serve U.S. military veterans navigating the transition to civilian life or recovering from housing instability. We will work with you to ensure VA benefits or other support is in place.

Reentry Individuals

Individuals transitioning from incarceration who are committed to rebuilding their lives. We work closely with parole and probation officers and reentry case managers.

Individuals Experiencing Homelessness

Those currently experiencing homelessness who are ready for structured independent living. If benefits are not yet active, we are willing to help get enrollment started from day one.

Eligibility Requirements

What we look for in every resident.

Bloompurpose is not a crisis shelter or a drop-in program. We are a structured residential community, and every resident is expected to meet the following requirements.

Income or Benefits Support

We accept SSI, SSDI, VA benefits, employment wages, pension, and limited income sources. If benefits are not yet in place, we are willing to work with you to get enrollment started from day one. We work with challenging histories and are committed to helping residents get the support they need.

Independent Living Ability

Residents must be primarily self-sufficient in managing their daily affairs, including finances and daily routines. Bloompurpose does not provide on-site care or supervision, but residents who receive support through outside services such as home health agencies, therapists, or medication management providers are welcome.

Commitment to House Standards

All residents agree to follow house guidelines, attend required house meetings, and contribute to a respectful, accountable community environment.

Safe for Shared Housing

Applicants must be able to safely reside in a shared housing setting alongside other residents.

Drug-Free & Alcohol-Free Community

A safe, substance-free environment.

We are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and substance-free living environment. The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs, non-prescribed controlled substances, and alcohol is prohibited on the property. Residents are expected to maintain a lifestyle that supports the safety and well-being of the community.

Initial Conversation

We'll have a brief conversation to learn more about your needs, discuss income or benefits support, and answer any questions you have about the program.

Review & Placement

If there's a good fit, we'll walk you through the next steps for placement, move-in expectations, and house guidelines.

Referral Partners

We work with case managers and referral partners.

While Bloompurpose is not a licensed program, we are committed to working alongside outside referral sources and community resources to help keep individuals stable and supported in the community. We welcome referrals from case managers, VA liaisons, parole and probation officers, social workers, therapists, home health agencies and caregivers, hospice partners, adult day habilitation programs, medication management providers, and other community partners. We do not provide these services directly, but we are happy to accommodate residents who receive them through outside resources. Our goal is to keep residents stabilized and thriving in a safe, structured environment. Reach out directly to discuss a referral.
